About My Rewards

All employees like to be recognised and appreciated for the work they do within the organisation. “My Rewards” therefore provide MacIntyre with the opportunity to recognise and thank you and your colleagues for your contribution, dedication, and commitment to the organisation and the people you support.

The schemes that we currently have in place such as Recognising Continuity of Service (LOS Awards), Staff Referral Scheme (Recommend a friend), and Marjorie Newton Wright Awards (recognising outstanding performance) will now be rewarded through this scheme.

How do I earn points?

For each recognition reward that you receive you will be allocated points. For each point allocated you will earn one pound (£1).  

(For example  if you recommend a friend who joins MacIntyre you will be rewarded with 200 points.  You will be able to redeem your 200 points for vouchers to the value of £200.00 or a store card of your choice, also to the value of £200.00.

All points are loaded onto the system on the last Friday of the month. (For example if you achieve 10 years’ service your recognition and reward points will be uploaded to your account on the last Friday of the month in which your 10 years’ service falls).

What is a point worth?

1 point = £1.00. So for example, with 10 points you can purchase a £10 Love2shop gift card!

How do I know how many points I have?

Your points balance and statement is available in the My Points page, via the My Account dropdown on the menu bar. You will be able to see how many points you have, how many you have received and how many you have spent. You will also be able to see why you were awarded points and what you have spent them on!

Look next to the star on the right of the menu bar next to your name for a 'quick view' of your balance. 


Where can I spend my points?

You can only spend your points in the Macintyre Rewards Store. We have a wide range of great gift cards and gift vouchers for you to choose from. Please note some gift cards need to be activated prior to you being able to use them. Always read the instructions prior to making any purchase.


How do I spend my points?

It's really easy.

1. Choose the reward(s) you want. Simply click on a product to find out more

2. Click the shopping trolley image to add them to your shopping basket after amending the quantity if you require more than 1x

3. When you've chosen everything you want, click Checkout. You will now see your shopping cart

a) Add more than 1 gift card or voucher by increasing the quantity. 

4. Add you preferred delivery address - where you want your rewards delivered to and then click Next

6.  Finally, you will see a summary of your order before submitting.

If you have enough points, you will see an on screen order confirmation and an email will be sent confriming your order number, details of the order and your new balance. Please allow 10 working days for your gift card or voucher to be delivered. On delivery, check instructions as to whether the card needs to be activated prior to purchase.


Where can I spend a Love2shop card?

The Love2shop Card is accepted at over 60 major UK retailers and attractions including Argos, Debenhams, Halfords, M&S, Boots and Alton Towers.

Can I cancel my e-codes?

No - Upon completion of your order: E-Codes are non-refundable. Please select your products carefully before checkout.


What happens if I lose my Love2shop card?

Please keep your card number in a safe place as you will need this should you need to report your card lost or stolen.

In the event of you losing your card, please call our 24/7 automated service on 0844 7709015 to suspend your card. You are responsible for any unauthorised use of a lost or stolen card prior to it being reported to us. There is an admin charge of £8.90 to have a replacement card sent secure delivery
